RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at info@wakabidesigns.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or made-to-order items (items made specifically to your measurements or specifications)
- Pre-order items
- Gift cards
- Sale items marked as final sale

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification — except for custom-made or made-to-order items, which are exempt from this right under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(c)).
For eligible returns under the EU cooling-off period, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
